Your use of this website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with our Terms and Conditions as set out below.

Gusto Clothing reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the consumer. Your continued use of the website after any amendment becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as so amended.

GST, Customs and Duties
GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 10% is inclusive in all our prices, though you will still be subject to other countries tax where required. All prices stated are in Australian dollars. The prices do not include any additional overseas duties and other customs charges that you may incur.

Payment
Gusto Clothing accepts the following methods of payment:

Secure online credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

Gusto Clothing does not convert your total into any other currency, other than Australian dollars. We will charge your credit card in Australian dollars and your credit card company will convert the charges for you.

Prices of products, service, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change at any time. If stock is unavailable, a customer service representative will contact you regarding an alternative selection.

(Note: As you move around on the site, you may notice that some pages display http in the address window, instead of https. Delivery Methods
Australia
Australia Post
• All goods must be signed for by the customer, however Gusto Clothing do not accept responsibility for the order
• Cost $15.00 per order
• Delivery should be received within 3-7 working days.

Star Track
• All goods must be signed for by the customer. Gusto Clothing will not accept responsibility for the order
• Cost $15 per order
• Delivery should be received within 2-5 working days.
• Star Track is only within Australia

Returns from a customer should be sent to Gusto Clothing by registered post.

As Australia Post and Star Track require a signature, you will be asked to specify an address during business hours that delivery can be made to and signed for. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you at that address asking you to contact the courier and arrange an alternative delivery or pick up of your order.

New Zealand
Express Post International
• All goods must be signed for by the customer. Gusto Clothing does not accept responsibility for the order.
• Cost for orders up to 1.5kg AUS$10.00
• Cost for orders from 1.5kg up to 3kg Aus$15.00
• Cost for orders 3kg and over Aus$20.00
• Delivery should be received within 4-14 working days.
• Returns from a customer must be sent to Gusto Clothing by registered post

As Express Post International requires a signature, you will be asked to specify an address during business hours that delivery can be made to and signed for. If you are not available at the time of delivery a card will be left for you at that address asking you to contact the relevant courier and arrange alternative delivery or pick up of your order.

We do not deliver to any other countries other than Australia and New Zealand.


Returns
Refund/Exchange
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, please print and complete the exchange/return form so we can process your return efficiently.

Returns Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or online credit note.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns purchased online through our retail stores and vice versa.

Items must be returned within 15 days of original despatch date unworn and unwashed. The Gusto Clothing exchange/return form must be included with the item when returned. Gusto Clothing does not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to Gusto Clothing via non registered post.

Faulty Item
Items will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric, Gusto Clothing will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund.

If You Change Your Mind
Gusto Clothing is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, been worn or washed and the item must be in "as new" condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will apply for new items required by a customer. Gusto Clothing will either exchange the item and add re-delivery charges or refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges.

Incorrect Size
No redelivery fee is required for exchanging a size.

Incorrect Colour
Gusto Clothing will cover the re-delivery charges if the colour item you received is not what you initially purchased. As customers can appreciate however, colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.
